    You are hereby commanded to take the bodies of James and William Leake (laborers) if to be found in your bailiwick and them safely keep so that you have them before the Justices of our County Court of pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Caswell at the Court House in said county on the 3rd Monday in December to answer Abraham Perkins a plea of Trespass on the case damage Fifteen Pounds specie.
